Why is no one talking about how she made whipped cream from expiring milk, then the leftover cream into butter, then she reached the video time limit and just decided to use the butter 😂 that’s impressive
@@anniebee760is simple words they said she made whipped cream from expiring milk then used that to make butter and decided to use the butter for some bread
@@jenchaney9753It was to save the expiring milk instead of throwing it away. It's a handy milk loop. Don't want all the cream? Just turn it back into butter :)
"you can turn them into expensive heavy whipping cream" *Now I don't need to head to those fancy bakeries anymore right?* holy shift 1.1k likes im early aren't i
I love this. Most especially when you threw everyone off with that bone 🤣 love your sense of humor. It really be the one who SEEM innocent that can be the most you know what 🤣🤣🤣
I tried this and I’d like to give my honest opinion on this: Very handy because heavy whipping cream does not last long in the fridge, it is very convenient to just make it yourself when you want to bake. I’ve found that: ・ if you do not have a blender that can resists heat after melting butter in the pan, wait for the mixture to cool down and then blend it ・blend until the color looks white-ish and make sure _the milk does not separate from the oil._ If this happens, it means that you did not blend it enough ・if your whipping cream turns lumpy and the butter starts to separate from the milk, you can always put it back into the pan to melt the butter, and you can just start over instead of wasting ・it is normal, however, for the butter to separate from the milk once you put it into the fridge for the first time. If you stir it, the butter should mix well back into the milk. If not, you didn’t blend the mixture well enough However it is good to note that _the hand-made whipping cream does not taste as good as the store-bought._ I tried adding vanilla extract and sugar to the cream in order to try to make it taste better, but I still think that the store-bought heavy whipping cream tastes better. It is still a good hack to use in the kitchen, though!
@@OO-uz9yp if you use a 1:1 ratio of butter and milk by weight, the result should whip up like regular heavy whipping cream. Sometimes, when I make this, the butter will start clumping away from the milk. If this happens, reheat the mixture until the butter has melted and try again
bro..she looks and sounds so innocent, even the video aesthetic and music is innocent, AND SHE DREW A WEE WEE WILLY WITH THE ICING?😭😭😭😭 Edit: can some ppl stfu about us being dirty minded and weird, it was a joke you snowflakes💀
Oh god she knew EXACTLY what she was doing with the whipped cream edit: why did 2 people say i copied? i didnt. it came to my disgusting mind when i saw it.
You don’t have too if you just need Heavy Cream. If you want whipped cream (or butter for that matter) or homemade ice cream then you should chill it for the most stability
Wow.... This is how to make cream by using milk and butter.. And as well to return the cream back to milk and butter.. All in one video. . Great many thanks..
Oh my God, first of all, why haven’t I seen this sooner! I’m not convinced my phone is spying on me well enough anymore. And Ms Shi, you are a fantastic freaking goddess sent from the lovers of dairy dimension. Thank You. ❤
Holy crap, this is so cool and useful!! I always find myself without heavy whipping cream when I need it most, and this is a great way to get rid of expiring milk. Thank you Ms. Shi!!
I rushed to find this video that I remember seeing in the middle of the night a few days ago after over whipping heavy cream. Hopefully tomorrow I'll wake up to perfectly normal heavy cream and not the weird butter water mixture I made earlier😂 Next day: I woke up and whipped it and now I'm eating coconut cream pie! So glad I found this😊
@@mandyheart8754 idk but it's not cheap. Idk why it's so much more than milk for just a little heavy cream. I've started using plant cream bc it costs less. It's more processed though. This milk + butter method might actually be more cost effective.
Y'all, she is just adding the part of the milk that they took out to make the milk and butter. Butter comes from milk. If you get heavy whipping cream and beat it past whipped cream stage it will start to separate into milk and butter. Try it its the best butter you'll ever have. 🧈
Wow, the amount of research and thought put into this is incredible! You've tackled a complex topic in a way that's both informative and engaging. This is a valuable resource for anyone looking to get great recipes and entertained in the same time
If you have to much leftover milk do this!! * makes whipping cream with milk and butter * And it you have to much leftover whipping cream do this!! *takes butter out of milk and makes a stick again* But remember to use your butter so you don’t have too much leftover again!!
My bestie saw this video and she sent it to me and she texted "we should do this!" I literally came to her house just to make some whipped cream and bake some cookies with her. Actually, if it wasn't for Mrs Shi we wouldn't of had such a fun hangout! I guess cream really makes relationships better❤
She had us with the heavy whipping cream first half 💀 Edit: OMG 102 LIKES???!!! Tysm! Edit 2: bro..... HOW DID I GET 129 LIKES IN 6 MONTHS Edit 3: Not to be that person but... MOM IM FAMOUS
