Where was the so called “investigation “? Why no crime scene tape? Why can’t her question be answered first? She was absolutely no physical threat. 3 officers couldn’t affect a peaceful arrest? If the female officers had not sauntered away, chatting to each other while ignoring her…and just answered her honest, pertinent question she wouldn’t have followed them into the so called “investigation”. If there ever had been an investigation it was over with. Tow truck loading up vehicle, female officers wandering around, Krueger sitting on his ass in the car. That’s all BS. She was asking questions of the officers. Krueger went out of his way to go after her. The speed of his barking at her, threatening, then immediate violence is breathtaking. Then he tops it all off with the ol’ “stop resisting”. He is a criminal. All his arrests need to be reviewed. All officers on scene, all supervisors, chief, and DA are all accountable. And now, the rude mayor is too. The culture of the police is trash.
So Carolina is so obviously done for, she is out cold! Krueger realizes this and drops the handcuffs because she is lifeless but the camera is still alive and does a hard shutdown on her phone, her phone being the new threat assessment from this psychopath. So no need for handcuffs = (check her pulse) is the correct answer not disable camera, you psychopath. He fully realizes no need for handcuffs but they still end up on her like a trophy deer for posturing.
1:42 -- Saying "stop resisting" to an unconscious woman while handcuffing her..... how brave of you Matt Krueger. He needs to be arrested, charged, found guilty, sentenced, and forever barred from law enforcement. The settlement payout that Carolina will be getting NEEDS to come from Krueger himself and the police union. The tax payers shouldn't be a victim because of him, too! *END QUALIFIED IMMUNITY! By the way, these are applicable to this incident: 42 U.S. Code § 1983, or 42 U.S. Code § 1985, or 18 U.S.C. § 241, or 18 U.S.C. § 242.
This is real FU KED up .. He says turn around and put your hands behind your back. Its hard to see but She does. HE is holding both her hands when she faceplants because he is HOLDING BOTH HER ARMS HYPEREXTENDED BEHIND HER . Furthermore before He even finished his sentence "your under arrest turn around and put ..[right here he already grabbed the camera hand] your hands behind your back".. He held back her only defenses to keep her face breaking on the concrete.
City of Fort Worth - please do not delete my comment. If you want transparency, you need to let the people speak. Carolina is a 61 year old lady that interacts with many police. They know her and she has no violent history with them. The police do not like their authority challenged and do not like to be filmed. How does a "hit and run" investigation become an officer safety issues (again - they know her - Kruger used her first name). I can't believe we live in a city where you get thrown to the ground. What is next - pull a gun on me for crossing the street. I really hope I don't get thrown in jail for a traffic ticket (or some other minor offense - or some bogus charge made up). Seriously, this is not acceptable behavior and the City has ignored the police culture problems for years. Please get rid of these bad cops.
Did you guys see what happened to Carolyn Rodriguez at the hands of Matthew Krueger here in fort worth? Mattie hasn't even asked a special protection team to come investigate. The video, the pictures, and the injuries speak for themselves Mattie is trying to cover it up. Empowering women? more like showing us they don't matter. Mattie is all talk. She doesn't care about you or anyone else besides herself.
Krueger needs to be fired and his police certification taken away permanently. I'm quite sure the city has gotten plenty of emails and phone calls. Continue to call them. They need to know this isn't going away.
