I think the answer to 1 is: The gas in the cylinder is pressurized such that it is in " two phase region". That is butane liquid and gas co-w exist. When you turn your stove on, the liquid in cylinder boils and becomes gas and comes out. During this boiling process, there is no change in pressure. So even when cylinder is almost empty, the liquid is still in two phase region. Therefore constant pressure is maintained, until the cylinder is completely empty.

In your video at 3.26 minute you have mentioned that a complete combustion would give heat up to 1920 deg celcius. Would that not melt the burner made of brass. Also, I do understand that melting point varies with more impurities in the alloy of copper and Zinc. But still even if we have impurities, the heat that you mentioned here is approx 1000 deg more than melting point of brass. It would still make damage to the alloy on complete combustion according to your explanation. Could you please clarify.. ? Please clarify my query or I might be missing anything here..
