I love how at 3:07 the world quest "are you kitten me" is still incomplete. Because it was bugged out for all of us to the point where you had to relog to just get your normal bars back. But still, fun stuff.
385 without even stepping into group content, that and crafting gear are my preferred ways to progress, i got 50+ alts, aint got no time to gear all of them doing Pugs n shit. XD
Elemental Storms does the same thing as the PvP gear, 359ilvl basic and you can get tokens, around 9 of them, each week to help you up them 359s to 385s, with set bonuses to, the 359s can be ground out as well as the storms are up loads and you can grind it out as much as you want. Also... sparks of ingenuity, even if you're not a crafter, do the quests, get the,, buy from the AH the bits for an item you want, even basic stuff is roughly 386 and up to 392. Through the crafting order system World Quests, look for the juicy item ones, do them. World Bosses, 1 a week, a chance at some sweet 395 loot World events, Dragin keep thingy, soup soup soup quest, with soup, centaur hunts, weekly renown quest.. all give a box that can give some sweet high ilvl loot :) All good stuff and no need to set foot in a dungeon :)
That 359 ilvl is my gripe with the elemental storms gear, because it's supposed to be the pve outdoor gear... but the pvp gear is ilvl366 in pve (outdoor gear is 366 by default and honor gear starts at 340 but it's easy to get to 366) ontop of boosting ilvl in pvp So the first thing all my alts do is go spend their bloody tokens for whatever pieces they can afford and if they can, pick up some rings, trinkets and/or necks from the pvp vendors (the outdoor pvp set doesn't have jewelry pieces and don't think the elemental storms gear does either)
u forgot primal storms thats my personal favorite thing to do as a tank bcuz I know some smuck is gonna woddle on over see me tanking an ungodly amount of elites and decide to start hitting them with me.
world content is definitely the best it's ever been, the side quests and factions are fun to interact with, since they unlock more ways to earn rep as you level, so it never really feels like a boring slog doing them.
I don't know if it server dependent but you can also hunt War Cache which reward bloody tokens (and other things like rep or proff reagents or even pieces of gear!) to buy the PvP gear. You get around 50 of those most of the times with some rare occasions where you get 200 of them. Good an easy way of alternative gearing without any real sweat.
@@gmotsjr13 the storms just give a buff to the mobs in the area and when you kill the mobs you get some blue shit that is in your currency tab ... I started a week ago.
notice how in Blizzard's patch schedule there was no mention of flying unlock, and also a complete lack of care about it from the community? Dragonriding seems to have filled the need (which is awesome)
Hey man, I just discovered your videos as a big noob looking what to do after finishing the campaign with my freshly reroll character. I really enjoy your way of making videos, we can feel your love for that game and the energy you're putting into it. You're also very talented in animations. Big thanks for that friend, big 10/10 on the quality of your video :)
5 was the only tip if your not into open world pvp Starting at 60 you can que for random pvp at the end of it you get currency bg currency you can spent for gear when you hit max level of up to 15k. This will be helpful when you hit max level spend the 15k you got for gear up to around 340 should be good enough to que into those mythic 2 dungeon and start getting those pve gear or continue with pvp and use to buy and upgrade pvp gear
Yep, I'm a sweaty tryhard that gave Blizzard another chance after leaving it behind during BfA. a 20 dollar card, plus two wowtokens and BAM I'm in the thick of it again. I had taken a Drac to the cap of 63 (for those that didn't have the expansion) and gone double gather, herb and mining. GOD DAMN the money was just flying in faster than I can harvest small eggs during Winter Veil.
Combat crafted gear is the easiest and cheapest way to gear at max level. It also makes you instantly decently geared for all non ranked pvp events. Then you can grind the good gear.
I haven't played retail in about a year and just started again. Did they increase the gold you get? I swear I've never had that much gold from leveling a character. All the trash and greens vendor for so much now
a big tip can give you is DONT upgrade gear if your only doing out side world content, everything is tied to your Ilvl, an ilvl 350 70 will fight world mobs that are factually stronger then a 70 with a lower ilvl. O and mobs that are always 70 are locked at normal raid geared difficulty making it point less to upgrade anyways as there are no PUBLIC options to get into normal. Public=auto q finder, not listed not for the public.¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What if they just had mountain climbing nodes in the world that could be used for climbing. Obviously less useful since we have dragonriding but would still be neat
Don't enchant your leveling gear. Its pricy and pointless for gear you will replace in no time. Only worth enchanting heirlooms while leveling at any level.
2nd caveat: right now with people leveling enchanting, the basic enchants are like 5g on the AH. I stopped selling mine because the AH is at vendor price.
Oh how far nixxiom has fallen in like the year since I saw a vid. He literally turned into the living version of surprised RU-vidd reaction video meme pointing at something in the background. Taking unnecessary pictures of himself and doing cringey clickbait titles and thumbnails
Sadly I cant experience this expansion hope for private server to show off btw nice video and those cards looks cool if you get that 25k every 10 pack maybe
LMFAO, i do the same thing jumping off huge cliffs, then realizing im not on my demon hunter and fall to my death. I'm glad im not alone! Guess i should buy some gliders ffs.
sadly half of proff items are rep walled and DONT unlock for all, so every alt STILL needs to grind every over and over for every proff just like EVERY x-pac EVER. #notaltfriendly
I dont get it. Ive been grinding dragonscale rep sooo much and im just now barely level 5. Everyone keeps saying you should be around level 5 when you finish the campaign but i was only level 2 when i finished even tho i did a bunch of the sidequests in the shores and everything. All of my other factions were much higher tho so i dont get it. Ive been collecting statues all day and i only get like a quarter of the way to the next level just feels so unbearably slow to progress for some reason. Other than that im loving this xpansion.
Full consumables including food, runes, flask almost double your damage. Game is so pay to win right now. Enjoy dropping a WoW token and a half to get raid ready.
I wish i can do this every day besides 3.5 days I feel that. I'm scared to get into normal raiding and mythic plus so i like to play world quests most of the time. I have about 2 hours a day to play wow so when I complete all the world quests I have nothing to do. I understand when the removed daily world quests but for some this was the content they enjoyed...logging in for 2 hours getting all the world quests done then repeat. It gives us rep which slowly but gives us a reason to login rather than leveling an alt.
