You are correct yet we have to remember that there is often a dominant one or two in extreme circumstances, especially in people who have not matured spiritually to stay even tempered. Eg. someone who suffers trauma will have less trust and peace and more fear, anxiety etc and will function on a lower frequency until they have processed the experience and healed from it.

i think of it like a frequency we tune in to, or we generate, it like radio, if u listen to radio station #1 even if u only hear that radio, doesnt mean other station are dont exist, they are exist and transmiting, we will hear them if we switch our frequency, so if we are in frequency 20, feeling shame, we can switch back up and feel happy

This is true. However, I don’t think it hurts to be knowledgeable about what emotional state you are in. Especially the lower tiers, as those can be very detrimental to you and those around you. Being aware of this can be very helpful at times.

I disagree. I believe that is ego speaking. 99% of the population has no idea how consciousness works and therefore are manifesting based on the a fear narrative and have no idea of what they are or what they are capable of. Take for instance most people will not understand that there is in fact no god as in any biblical text, sorry but that's the truth, The bible is full of truth but its written in story form and just like the Greek gods and all the other gods those stories were never about a god but they were always about that part of the human inside. The stories were created tp preserve the truth but manipulation back in the Roman times and now people think Jesus was some twink on a cross. Christ is a level of consciousness and Christos oil is the sacred oil that teaches about transcendence of mental energy. That was for the masses and the occulted societies got the hermetic principles. Both were originally good but one was for the ruling class. So unless you can free your mind of any fear like Karma, Hell, Death ect ect anything that puts you into fear will never allow you to vibrate at anything near 600 according to this scale. But as I said in another comment I disagree with this scale all together because the first hermetic Law teaches that "The All is Mind, The Universe is Mental" That very first law frees ones mind from a god. This is a construct for your mind, NOT a ball hurdling through space. Sorry. I'm really not too concerned if you believe any of this. When you "die" your consciousness aka soul will see all again and you will have a good laugh. Oh and to really sprinkle some sunshine. All the New age Woo Who crap of the new age movement was started by a military doctor named Andrija (Henry) Puharich. I won't go into to much detail but just think of words like MK Ultra. I think the feeling of "desire" that Dr. Hawkins talked about was more of the feeling of discontentment or an unhealthy craving for something that is not in the present moment, that's why it's lower on the scale

Your default will then be to control yourself with judgement and shame for the next 40, but knowing this can help you break out. Good luck! Remember blame is also a low frequency.

I think the unit is also hertz... same unit as sound waves & electricity, but this frequency scale is specific only to emotions

i think more or less what is to be understood is that we should not stay in the lower level. of course we are human and will feel and go through many experiences. those experiences come with there highs and lows. your right, to know joy we must know cold. showing compassion and understanding usually come from a place of knowing and relating. some though do not choose to use compassion or understanding. some choose to use shame or hate or any of the lower vibrations instead. probably because of pride. all i know is that this guide can be used as a tool to help teach others who forget why we are here in the first place. to help each other.

Yes we do need to experience these emotions. I think the point is..some ppl get stuck in the lower..below 200. Can be stuck for years or subconsciously running a belief of, say, shame..which impedes their whole life. This is a gauge by which to recognise, identify then shift the lower vibrations. It takes inner work, of course.

Not all churches/ houses of worship are like that.

Pride in that context is misinterpreted. It should read something like "Self deception will be destroyed through the experience of reality". It is meant to tell us that we must examine ourselves honestly. If we do not do this, then we will be reminded in a very dramatic manner. We are actually supposed to feel pride in ourselves when we do things we find important. This is a good thing and helps us grow as people. You also need to know the church was created as an adversary. It exists to offer us a choice of ignorance. We also have the choice of knowledge. Each person must make their own choice which is why both paths are available. If you want to chose ignorance, then peace be with you and ignore everything I have just said.

Yes I think those that are at the lower end of the scale are very similar in terms of how it feels and how the world is viewed...

Wayne Dyer has said before that you can shift your fears into curiosity.. just ask yourself what you're afraid of and why 🙏 and just see what limiting beliefs are there that's causing that 👍 then slowly change those beliefs into ones that will empower you

I think this is more about keeping our own thoughts in check. When we recognize those self depreciating words floating through our heads, we call them down and make them obey what God says about us. When we recognize them in others we pray for them.

The framework here is not for the sake of judging others. Its just for self awareness. If you're applying it externally to rank yourself against another, you're doing it wrong.
