I filmed this back in February, but these are still in a vase on my kitchen island. I love making the and they're pretty even without spinning them up.

Blending my own yarn wasn't something that I had considered at all, but I've watched your videos and definitely see this in my future.

Great video!! but for some reason at this moment,12:45 in the video everything went black and it was black for 16 min and the video ended. So I'm not sure if it's my computer or something went wrong in the editing process.

Makes me want to get all the bits I spent months organizing back out and toss onto the middle of the work table ! So beautiful!

It's good for inspiration! I do put it all back into its place after, but I like seeing it all in front of me.

I don't know if you'll see this since its from 2018 but this video was so great...I’ve been wondering how to choose colors for my blending board but you SHOWED me!!! You’re the best!!!😊

Hugs! I really want to do a short color theory video sometimes soon to help with this stuff. Not advice, but just sort of how I use color info to choose what to put together. Hopefully someday soon!

Number one and number four. All of the rolags are gorgeous!

I kept them in a glass vase for decoration until I had time to spin them. They were too pretty to put in a cupboard. Thank you!

Spin all of the rolags? I love to watch the process of blending, making dollars and spinning them! 😍

Beautiful rolags. If you ever will spin them what are you going to make out of them. I'd like to see the yarn and the item you have knitted.

Hello. Not sure if you'll see this since it's an older video. But I'm new to spinning and such. I was wondering why you roll off the board 3 rolags instead of the whole thing? Are smaller rolags easier to draft? I loved all your color combos 😊

It's never too late to come to the party! I would say either two or three was my favorite. I think it's time for another scrap session around here!

I'm watching your backissues of fibre love diaries. It looks like you push on the teeth for leverage. Doesn't that hurt and doesn't it bend the teeth down? Or am I just processing what I'm viewing wrong.

I had to watch to see! I do put my thumbs on the teeth sometimes. It doesn't hurt at all, because they're bent, so I'm not really pushing on the tips. It doesn't seem to bend or damage anything, but I honestly don't worry that much about that. I've seen the tools of fiber artists that had a lot less access, so they had to use the same tools their whole lives, and sometimes there's a bent tine here or there, but it didn't bother them, so it doesn't bother me either ;) But you are definitely not wrong. i am pushing on the pins a little.
