First, let's examine the original battery pack: 36V, 4400mAh. By utilizing all the battery cells inside, we can reassemble it into a 12V pack, resulting in a battery pack with a capacity of approximately 13Ah.
Disassembling the Battery Cells:

Solder the protection board's wires to the appropriate points on the battery pack.
Testing the Battery Pack:
After assembly, use a multimeter to test the overall voltage of the battery pack. It should read approximately 12.6V when fully charged.
Ensure all connections are secure and the voltage readings are stable.
