Hello nina, what a delightful video...remember I told you I was curious how you would use the wax seals...well I loved it.. And then the journals came to the table and then my day is made, always love when you work in them.. I thought the heat of the melted wax may have melted the plastic lace but it didn't seem to. Must have been rather sturdy & the wax not hot enough. Gorgeous tags! Loved watching 💕

Love these, Nina. They truly are gorgeous and classy looking too. I plan on making some very soon (tomorrow?) because I have all of the equipment to make the wax seals. I have a 1/2 dozen different seal designs so I'm excited to use them all. Thank you for the wonderful ideas. And you make it so simply that I'm sure many will make their own. I also have picked bunches of summer/fall flowers and pressed them in books already so I'm equally excited to use them. Love all your work. XOXOJane

These tags are so delicate and pretty. I had some vinyl lace like that years ago in my first apartment. It was lace shelf edging. I used it on the open shelves in my little kitchen that were above the stove. Washable and pretty was the best part.

Your journals are gorgeous Nina. I keep meaning to start one but never get around to it.! The tags would make a gorgeous gift set. I have tried pressing flowers from my garden but they always end up a miserable brown. Yours are so vibrant.

Thanks so much for your kind comment. There are many alternatives you can use. Buttons would be a great embellishment, as would mini crochet flowers. Anything that looks delicate to complement your beautiful dried flowers. I hope this helps 🌸💕

Hi Lorie, These flowers were dried using a couple of methods. Some were dried instantly using this method here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-u9Ig0X7Sp3U.html and some were dried using a traditional press 💕

I always keep them protected either in deli or parchment paper until I want to use them. I have shared many ideas on my channel for protecting dried flowers in finished projects, but I don’t think these tags will come to much harm in these journals ❤️
