For as long as I've been into cycling (post-BMX) I've known about Moots. After moving to Colorado in 2015 I began seeing them pretty frequently and toured their factory in Steamboat Springs in 2018. Ever since that tour I've dreamed of owning a Moots, unfortunately the price tag of a new one a bit more than my budget currently allows. So I did the next best thing... collected parts and slowly bought what my budget allowed. Follow along as I build up my 2024 Tour Divide bike.

I'm taking my trusty 2012 Mooto-X on the Great Divide at the end of July. It's the same design as yours with that extra gusset in front of the seat tube. I've also switched to a rigid fork, for ease of maintenance. I think the YBB's were made for the GDMBR.

Awesome man , intrested about the rear suspension, my tought: why going only in the back? I mean I wonder for the whole concept. A rigid with an elastometer on the tail? funny.. Btw what are those micro clamps for the handlebar, I got some a couple of years ago but right now i'm looking for an upgrade since they are so bulky
