You can't use regular bolts for starter bolts Holmes. You will have trouble. It'll move around, they'll fall out, etc

Think that color you like is Frost Green. At least it is in our 69 Camaro. Also I have a few sets of Double Hump heads if your boy needs a set.

Hope your starter bolts have the proper size shoulder on them. I used grade 8 bolts on a starter once. The bolt shoulder was a little small and ended up breaking off at the block. What a nightmare!

It's pretty impressive what you're doing. I know you don't think so because you seem very humble. But designing some very nice and desirable parts isn't an easy task. Nickky bobby i got tell you about the truck that went in the lake it looked like new it was a & frame was a 1992 & rest 2002 with 3.0 liter ford engine & fuel injection system it was a ford ranger yellow poly paint job it looked new! i in Walmart parking lot like 2 months before a younger guy walks up that my grand dads old truck it was in a garage stored apart when he died, it was put together & painted as his will said to do & land tax lean it was sold or got by dealer for taxes ( it had a pile of money put in it & finished setting on the land & house) i go i got it clear titled threw PA its mine I bought it! i had a `1989 f150 uncles old truck it was beat it nead like 10 grand or more to make it road worthy for the job i needed done ok half price yellow thing would do i uded it over a year got estate & will stuff to it saved me money on gas it was 300 mile round trips like 8 of them before this ok it broke went in the lake launching boat! ps i finished estate stuff & that job to ok 4 years later! the guy was my schoolmate & left stuff to do as new owner wanted ! july 1 last deal ended 2024 i used a 2016 Chevy truck it fine runs(why its a chevy it a boat factory deal on other dead guy he was my relation it a court seal adopted the guy his name in adoption file! that saw him saved my life his blood did DNA to illness to med to it cause US Government your old job really! he saw my real father!) it ford replace truck or a dodge SUV that dead now 2 weeks ago& it at shop what it do? I doubt you even get coolant in it before you blow it up. Beginning with running it without oil to top end is a great start. Thought you were better than that.

I hate that when I say flywheel a someone corrects me and says flex plate. I’m like bra you know what I meant. And yea I can’t ever remember either but I think the auto is a flex plate and the manual if a flywheel. But I’m probably wrong 😂
