@angryeric116 Under normal use, the seals will last a very long time (all of my kegs at home have seals that are several years old). You should change them when/if they become cracked or non-pliable, or if you use the keg to dispense soda or sour ales with Brett or lactic acid bacteria.

Make sure you note which post is gas and which is liquid. Either one will screw over either tube, and you don't want to have the gas post on the liquid tube!

7/8 inch socket for the posts. Do you recommend food lube on the big ring?

How Often do you suggest changing out the seals on a keg?

I know this is an older video but what size socket did you use? All of my deep sockets were too small. Thanks!
