No educated person in Kerala can aspire to make it on his own in Kerala, there is barely any opportunity. The situation is really unbelievable. Everyone is migrating to other states for opportunities or to other countries. Literacy rate and population control don't mean shit if you can use your talent effectively and generate sustainable revenue.

The only working model for economic development of any state is to permit entrepreneurship without any government intervention. 1000s will start the business but only a handful will survive.
