Well there are tech reviewers, auto reviewers who are displaying phones and cars not made by them and earning from the views. As long as he is not ripping the designers by selling the print templates and printed samples, is he still doing something wrong. From this video, amny will come to know that these designs exists and would probably end up buying from the actual designers, they should be happy.
Considering he made a video, which IS the content, if he's adding something of significant value then that's not 'hijacking'. Some of the biggest 'content' creators just react to other content, but the videos are nothing without the people, and in some cases, vice versa.
