Hey! I forgot to mention that, sorry. Its a random drop from any mob, not that high of a drop rate but since it's from any mob, you will eventually get many!
The helm, shoulders, and belt are part of the "Ensemble: Ela'lothen's Vestment of Rebirth". The rest are part of another set called "Ensemble: Lifegiver's Garms" which you get from an event in Dragonflight called the Time Rift.
