In case if you were wondering, I am aware a lot of stuff in this video can be found on a normal playthrough. Despite the lack of footage in the Wild East, I'll have you know I tried my hardest to make regular dialogue and events entertaining. Enjoy!
Fun Fact: talking with blackjack later on in the game reveals that the music that plays in the town is actually from a speaker system that the fiesty five installed.
7:30 most cutscenes that have Clover move make use of fake Clover (obj_player_npc), which doesn't respond to player input and can therefore only be controlled by cutscene code. That object will teleport the real Clover (obj_pl) to it's location every frame. So it's not possible to skip Starlo
@@Da_Bai_Mao69 depends on how walking is implemented. Every cutscene after the point you get the bag uses fake Clover, but in Dark Ruins, there are 2 cutscenes that put you in an autowalk state. Using the bag on those lets you keep the autowalk for the rest of the game. This increases your speed and lets you clip through any walls.
@@Da_Bai_Mao69 there's multiple different auto walk states, but after ruins, all bosses use fake Clover so none of them can be skipped, unless Clover doesn't move during the cutscene
my brother and i discovered a funny glitch which is only available in pacifist once you reach cerobas house, theres a fridge with corn chowder. interacting with it causes you to get infinite corn chowder until you either press no or if you press x. and corn chowder is free, and sells for 15G, so..
I could grind infinite money that way, but you do have to make long trips back and forth to the Orange Oasis and Wild East. It'd still be more efficient than selling root beer though, so thanks for the info!
But isn’t the no roof in the cell just a perspective thing? If you look at it well, you would see the bars are actually connected, it’s just that way so we can see more clearly, or at least that’s what I think.
No mention of that the flower trio can all be fought on one route if you reload the safepoint to before the fight, as they're chosen randomly when encountered?
