for server down problem = . Google remove less secure app option.. alternative is that you have to go to the gmail , manage your google account , security ,turn on 2-step Verification on, and then turn on App password mood on , copy the password and past it on your editor = $mail->'put your random password'; hope it will work

@@tj_webdev I learned and understood it well, but I think the problem is in the new security of Google, which doesn't allow us to turn on the option of allow less secure app to access email, but I research for this problem and I found that's we should do the 2 steps verification instead of old option, I did it, but also it is still didn't work. Adding the email in the link is a bad practice since it can be easily spoofed. What I would do is to just put the code in the link, select the email with that code and verify the email
