Maybe you are using Home Editon of Windows. You should then copy your data to external hdd and reinstall Windows.

Sorry but I don't know Turkish. You can use the Auto Translator and see if that helps you. BTW, here is the short summary of the video: 1. You need to boot your PC into Safe Mode 2. Then open My Computer and move to Documents and Settings\User Name folder 3. Copy everything from there and place into safe location. 4. Create a new user and disable the previous one. Hope that will help. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

in cmd I get (win 10) 1. netuser administrator - no such user exists. 2. Added user - could not add to local group but command completed with one or several mistakes. Then 3. System error 1376 has occurred.

Do remember that if for any reason the Windows created a default profile then you can still move your data from the c drive as mentioned in the video. You can check your old data by moving to Documents and Settings folder on the partition where Windows is installed.

What options do you see when you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE Key. If you can open Task Manager then try running Explorer.exe task and see if that helps to bring the Desktop and Start.

This helps only when you're in workgroup. What if you had to log in from domain user?

Why i cant login.. I already follow the step until safe mode but when it reach the password part there are 2 user profile pop up there, administrator and mine.. And when i put psswrd on my user profile it still say cannot logon.. Anyone have the same problem? Helpp mee :((

When I press F8, it appears a blue page which say "Please select boot device: HDD.. and CDROM..". Can you, please, help me with that? Or at least tell me the reason why it appears?

Then you need to select HDD and then hit the Enter key and then immediately start pressing F8 Key again. That is called the Boot Device Select Menu and many BIOS has the F8 key specified to bring that Boot menu. Both clashes with each other but as the BIOS is running first then it takes the order from BIOS and bring you that screen. Hope that will help, let me know.

Maybe you have Home Edition of windows. Try Users in Control Panel and see if you can add a new user from their or else use NET USER command. Google for more info on that.

Maybe that could be because you might not be hitting F8 at the right time.

Then you should move your data to some other device and reinstall Windows. Because if you are not an administrator then you might not be able to do accomplish the task.

When you restart or turn on your PC then they very first screen that you see is called POST Screen and secondly when you press F8 key which brings the boot menu, at both of these point a virus can't effect anything. Post probably chances are that you have a faulty keyboard or it is a USB keyboard which is not working when you tab F8 key. It could be because Legacy USB Support might be disable in BIOS.

Try switching off your system on and off again, the panel for safe mode will naturally appear before booting...

You need to use another feature of User Accounts by right-clicking on Computer icon on desktop and choose Manage or Computer Management or Disk Management and then move to Local Users and Groups.
