Uses of Frozen Paratha
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
1-Breakfast omlette parcel:
-Mon salwa plain paratha
-Cheese slice
-Filling of your choice
-Egg omelet
2-Make samosa:
-Mon salwa plain paratha
-Filling of your choice
-Cooking oil for frying
3-Cheese & Chocolate Puffs:
-Mon salwa plain paratha
-Chocolate spread
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Anda (Egg) whisked
Directions:
1-Breakfast omlette parcel:
-On working surface,sprinkle all-purpose flour and place plain paratha.
-Place cheese slice,add filling and egg omelet and fold all four sides.
-Heat frying pan,place stuffed paratha and cook from all sides on low flame until golden brown.
2-Make samosa:
-On working surface,sprinkle all-purpose flour,place plain paratha and cut into two halves.
-Take one part and fold in a cone shape,add prepared filling and seal the edges.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.
-Can be bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
3-Cheese & Chocolate Puffs:
-On working surface,sprinkle all-purpose flour,place plain paratha and cut into two halves.
-On one part,add & spread chocolate spread,fold and seal the edges with the help of the fork.
-On other part,add mozzarella cheese,fold and seal the edges with the help of the fork.
-On baking tray,place butter paper and prepared stuffed paratha & apply egg wash.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.

-Cheese slice,filling aur egg omelet rakh dein aur tamam sides ko fold ker lein.
-Frying pan ko garam karein aur stuffed paratha rakh ker tamam sides sa halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak paka lein.
2-Make samosa:
-Working surface per maida chirak dein aur plain paratha rakh ker do hisson mein cut ker lein.
-Ek part lein aur cone ki shape mein fold ker lein aur tayyar filling dal ker edges ko seal ker lein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker saktay han.
