yall remember that throws were even stronger in sf4 right? when light normals were plus on block, all throws gave hard knock downs, and characters still had kara throws. You only see them less cause this game had meterless reversals you could make safe on block with meter (which is bs imo). that and crouch teching made opening people up annoying. you only see throw loops now because throws aren’t very rewarding and teching is higher risk now
