Yes I like my This machine it is handy. It does what I needed to do. When I made the video I did not take detention off the pressure foot. That is why it left track marks
Had several big old cast iron carpentry machines ` for making furniture and other stuff, the old stuff you find in school 1960 s or the old wood yards , but had to sell due to back injury, but as most people who like working with wood they find working with leather is just as satisfying, so thought no more hunking the wood ill deal with leather. I was in a cobblers shop and seen a 29 k-4 asked him what its used for, boots mainly, but its just for show now, he showed me how it worked , I was fascinated the way the top bit rocked up and down, reminded me of a side structural part of an old iron railway bridge. So my first machine was a 29k 4 but as I slightly have a compulsory addictive behavior I wanted other-types, I just love the mechanical movement of vintage machines, So I ended up with 29k4 45k1 132k6 331k3 211.G151 307G2 7-33 and another double sticher 7 series, and a few more, unfortunately most are taken of there tables and in storage due to not having the room. it became collecting rather than usage, I keep telling my self I need to refurbish them all to get some sold but it just keeps getting put off, I would never get rid of the 29k4 as its unique in the things its capable of doing, but heard the 29k 71 is a better model and parts are readily available.
