helpx.adobe.com/aero/system-requirements-macos-windows.html is where you can see for running the software but also supported devices helpx.adobe.com/aero/system-requirements.html. Most devices that can do AR in general should be able to work but those are more of the newer devices. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the explanation, i was looking into Unity to do what appears to be very simple here. I have one question though; can this be viewed by, and interacted with by someone has doesn't have Aero installed? .. For example, say i create book, and this is distributed, then the consumer / reader scans the book cover so a the character appears with AR, is this possible? .. i just don't like the idea the end consumer needs to use Aero just to view the content. Another example might be; if we have a gallery space ... the guests could scan the artwork to see more interaction with AR .. but again, not good if they have to download and open Aero. Thank you! :)

So they still need an Apple device at the moment (Hoping they update this in the future). But you can export it as a .reality file which can be consumed by anyone with an iOS device no need to have Aero installed. Hope that helps!

You can export to USDZ but all interactivity is lost. Seems like the user has to install AERO to get the full experience.

Great video! Quick question, for some reason importing my 2d object other desktop app shows perfect but previewing on iPad looks kinda crispy :( You know why?

Hmm, maybe the resolution of the image? iPad are really high resolutions so that is the first thing I would try its up'ing the size of your image.

On iOS you can share without them downloading the Aero app but it does what is called an Applet. It is like a tiny app but it does not have to be installed on your device. Android beta devices it is required to have the app installed.
