No need for the so-called generative AI gimmicks in leadership. I'm on the board of directors of a homeowner's association that has to maintain a pool and tennis courts each year, and we need more members and participation. One homeowner approached us at our last meeting with a long list of ideas for fundraisers. It' was literally a ream of ChatGPT BS that was given no thought whatsoever. One idea was a "frozen frenzy" challenge where people jump in the pool water in the winter. THE POOL IS CLOSED IN THE WINTER AND SHE KNOWS THIS. I called her out and said we need people running events, spreading the word, etc.-NOT AI BS. Oh-she also mentioned having lost her IT job recently. Now I wonder why.
Wait what is this guy actually paid to do? Where is the added value? It's just as insane as "AI." People are paid minimum wage to clean toilets, and they actually create added value. WTF does Tim Sanders do to add value?!?
