You can use socd to make it way easier. Just hold left forward down and do the motion as you would for the opposite side.

This direction gives me trouble. I had the same problem trying to super in this direction in SF6. Qcfx2 killed me. My ring finger still feels completely inept after hundreds of hours of playing

Ring fingers can be troublesome, but we do believe with direct P2 side practice anyone can get through the difficulty.

the fingers are tapping left releasing left, tapping down holding down then tapping left releasing down first then releasing left, then tapping left to repeat the cycle

You can use 2 hands to get really fast, but you may have to train doing moves out of it well.
