I would have alot fun with one those, and try and do a brisket on the side cage side. 😁 Looks like a great set up, and love that its stainless steel as well.

Way to production looking Argentina grill . A proper way of broadcasting this cook would be with a down right steel fabricated cooker . The way it looks now is wayyyy too commercial!
This is in NO WAY a Saint Maria grill. Just because it has a wheel that lifts the grill does not make it so. This is an Argentine grill. A Saint Maria grill has a much deeper fire box with, and this part is the most important, NO air vents on the side. The idea is to prevent or slow down air flow to the burning California costly red oak loggs so the fire burns smoky. An in Argentine grill the heat of the burned down loggs are much closer to the meat. Two completely different styles of cooking cooking
