What type of Blockchain can be use in this use case. I mean whether it can be built in hyperledger or r3 corda or by using Ethereum smart contract?

The means of recording is irrelevant, the problem is being able to record each component is the problem. As long as you decide to systematically combine the parts into a unique identifier for each part (so the already existing product SN will correspond to part UUIDs) you can use a piece of paper or excel sheet. DL is not the disruptive technology here, it's reorganized industry.

The video is mixing 2 different concepts. 1. Blockchain- transparency and traceability are achieved by using distributed storage, which is a character from the blockchain, smart contract isn't a must here . 2. Smart contract- automatic invoice management is done by smart contract. It is not even a character of blockchain, but only an other concept which is used on block chain platform.

Questions: 1. Source of truth -will this still depend on GIGO? 2. Transparency - does this depend on permission given to a user? So if not permissioned, one is unable to access data 3. Giant companies prefer to defer payment to suppliers to better their books - does blockchain encourage faster payment to supplier and at the same time manage to better giant companies' balance sheet?

2 & 3 are decisions made by the company. Blockchain simply optimizes the data of operations.

This describes mortgage fraud called various u iques entities involved..supply chain parties seller buyer police loaner govt. In literal reveal govt(all minus buyer) buyer..the real estate agent works will whom..that's the only other outside one. Now live freedom.
