Using ChatGPT with HaloPSA 

Very impressive. Can't wait for this to be improved and use more Halo data like previous ticket data, knowledge base and asset data.

A lot of the support issues we deal with on a daily basis are user errors during business processes. It would be interesting and cool if we could train GPT on our Business processes and it could recognise this and guide People on the right path etc.

So excited to play with it this weekend when I get upgraded tomorrow!

Looks great I am getting an error " Something went wrong when querying ChatGPT - Response status code does not indicate success: 429 (Too Many Requests)."

I'm using the trail, I don't see that integration, is that not an option during the trail?
