I love the goofy miniatures! I would literally watch a whole playlist of just unusual tabletop minis. My D&D game is funky folks only because traditional fantasy creatures just bore my team at this point. Very TAZ esque but more goofy. I will defo take inspiration from these goofy creations. I love the toucan Fish they’re so derpy but also really pretty with those bright colors. The landscape looks great with all the grasses.

I wouldn't be mad if this style of art became more commonplace. I've expanded my artist watch lists 10fold since all this. Wow, I know I’m commenting super late but I genuinely really like the outcome of this one! I am incredibly picky and honestly a critic when it comes to designing creatures and world building because I like realism when making things make sense- but I can completely comprehend this creature really being alive and thriving on the interesting fish you’ve also created- not to mention the colours for this scene are so lively that the creature could almost camouflage and blend itself within this environment no matter the prey! I think it’s really well done and I wouldn’t mind seeing you make a game or “David Attenborough” like series with you narrating the episodes starring whichever unique monsters you’ve designed for an imagined world! Really cool, great job! 👍
