Like the video. I don't like the fishing partner you chose. Bama Beach Bum said in one of his videos, he bought a rod at Dick's Sporting Goods. Dick's is the #1 Anti Gun Outdoor Sporting Goods dealer in the US. Screw them, and screw anybody who supports them. Brant, please vett your fishing partners more carefully.
@@BamaBeachBum Where do you get these matterdaddy's @',. eye think they revoked his meds',. or srsly'' need to send that crispy critter to the psycho ward at Bellevue', 👍
Great video. This looks like a teaching moment. A lot of people can't afford a boat but learning to surf fish is in every one's budget. How about showing what rod you get and how you set it up with what real. That should get a ton of views. Think of it, a family could drive down here, buy their tackle locally buy an out of state license and fish off the beach for a week.
My favourite moment with you and Bamma buddy was both of you counselling the young fellow who wanted to follow in your footsteps, boat wake, but most importantly your encouragement of the next generation through such a learning opportunity
I enjoyed seeing you two fish together. Bama Beach Bum is so confident & humble at the same time. Seeing you two together was a natural. Get him in the boat & let's see him learn from you. Take Yak along for some laughs.
YOU HAVE TO BUY SOME SURF RODS AND DO THIS AGAIN WHITH BAMA BEACH,ITS WAY TO INTRESTING TO SEE YOU BOUTH TOGETHER.LIKE YOU BOUTH THANK YOU FOR THE VID.
I would’ve measured that red, he looked real close. Never hurts to turn em loose anyway Looks like I spoke too soon, he was 29”. Great video Brant! You and bama beach bum are my 2 favorite youtubers, I’d love to see some more collaborations between yall.
Brant love the video. Beach bum seems like one cool dude. Let Yak know people are starting to miss his videos. Love all three of the content y’all put out.
You are just like me tbh, i have 3 or 4 rods. I will use em till they blow up. For everything, 2 light, ome medium, one heavy. Light tackle is by far the most fun, lugging 10lb fish on 50lb braid is just excessive for me. But 20lb braid, 25 lb leader on the beach, damn what a fun time!
All of your videos and seeing that the Pompano and Spanish are back has me wanting to get back down there. I may just drive down from Indiana this weekend. I don't have a AirBNB yet but I might just sleep in my Traverse so I can be more mobile. Works the beaches and fishing spots from Pensacola to Destin. Saturday - FWB/Okaloosa Island, Sunday - Swoop party boat out of Destin, Monday - Navarre & Opal Beach, Tuesday - Pensacola. Then head back to Indiana.
Remember! Supporting your local bait shop supports your local bait fisherman! Also purchasing imported shrimp hurts our local seafood industry! Always buy gulf shrimp!
@@AnglerUpTv I know you are a supporter of your bait shops, I (as a commercial shrimper from Mobile Bay) was really commenting about the the harm of buying bait from publix and how it can really do harm to your local folks business in a multitude of ways. By doing that it harms the bait fisherman, and most times the seafood fisherman as well. Again, I know you and your company does tons of business with your local guys, I just hate to see you suggest super market bait. It cuts alot of us locals from our own market sometimes, and your influence is wide! Use it to support our own!
That looks like so much fun! I really like beach fishing but my husband says it’s boring 😂 I bet if we had pompano here he would change his mind fast! They’re so tasty.
AnglerUp with Brant well hopefully he will join you in becoming enlightened too one of these days! I’m sure if we ever move to Florida, he’ll learn lots of things I already know, haha!! (I’m a FL native; he was born in NYC).
I know you typically mention what gear you're using in most videos, but what is your top rod and reel setup that you find yourself using over all others?
