Using escalators with a wheelchair without help, up and downstairs. Munich underground, no elevator 

We filmed this short video with my friend (Instagram: Mattlionfitness) on a visit in Munich this week.
The elevator was broken and we choose to take the escalators, it’s not hard to do it, it’s more about technic.
If you have a friend with you, let him stay behind you, so you are covered by him.
