Using Facial Recognition for Employee Appreciation 

What does it mean to be recognized? How do you tell someone that they are seen, heard, and appreciated?
We decided to create a way for our employees to see the praise they regularly receive for doing great work in a new way. Positive feedback happens all the time but it's often lost in the tyranny of the urgent in daily tasks.
Using facial recognition, we built a simple, private experience for employees to hear and see the nice things their coworkers had said about them throughout that year.
To know and be known is the greatest human need. When you think about work, how often do you feel truly involved because of who you are instead of what you produce?
