Using field calculator and a python expression to combine fields in an attribute table in ArcGIS Pro

Hi! Sorry, I don't always check for comments on this channel. This attribute table I have doesn't have voting data. If you had a table with voting data could add new fields and then divide the number of votes for a particular candidate versus the total number of voters.

I mean you can do it either way, I guess its just which program you are most comfortable with?
