Camera (those very small sensor-modules have greatly improved). BUT YES: Bigger screens, bigger sizes, and changing on-screen-designs are just NO real innovaton! In case of the software, and the overall "look&feel", it's more "optimization" then "innovation"... And there are things that really nearly DON'T have "changed" much: Speakers, microphones, audio-chipsets, battery-capacity (Wh/size), GPS, Bluetooth/WiFi/Mobile-network (only higher data rate standards, but nothing technically new)...

@@MsMRkv No it's a cheap Huawei phone from China. XR has higher resolution soo... And I'm aware that this suffers from colour accuracy issues, but it still gives me a pleasant experience (at least, much much more pleasant than that Galaxy S) watching 720p or 1080p videos on it so long as I dont compare it to the likes of my S9+
