dont do it, this might be fake. Even when it works with his specific stoove model, there is a high risk that it doesn't with yours and you will grill your phone and batter y can explode
It's not fake, but I ofcourse didn't really charge my phone with it. The maximum time it was on the stove was seen on the video. But yeah, nobody should try to REALLY charge their phone like this.
I just now got the idea that this was possible as both use induction coils😅 But I thought the phone would explode first due😂 Can't believe someone actually tried this though😅😂
Technically wireless chargers were small-low heat induction stove. Once, I roasted my phone when I tried to charge it from 0, with the mobile data on. I notice it when I smelled some burnt rubber. That small thing really cooked my phone
Hello, electrician here - *DO NOT CHARGE YOUR PHONE ON INDUCTION STOVE!* Wireless chargers can generate only 15 W of power, while induction stoves start with 100 W on the lowest setting and go all the way up to 3.500 W. So in theory, you could place your phone on the stove and turn on the lowest setting but within minutes the plastics inside of the phone will start to melt, battery will overheat and most likely it will blow.
Haha "electrician", maximum power received depends on coil inside phone and frequency, which is lower inside a stove. This won't harm your phone neither it won't recharge it.
Amazing video, i thought this should work upto some extent since in theory both wireless chargers and cooktops use same principle of alternating current directions to induce electricity. But i guess frequency of switching, size of coils on both devices, and power being transmitted matters for charging. However great experiment, glad someone thought of the same thing!!👍👍
