Great tip, thank you! I tend to shoot in areas that are not bright, (trails, tree shaded, etc.) so this is a great way to double check the blacks and lift a bit if needed.
Very useful, Paul. Is it the case that selection of the limiting output levels needs to change with different papers (and possibly different printers) and you just have to have a bit of trial and error? And do you get the same issue on matt papers?
