Mods have really picked up recently, played the other day with a mod that lets you choose which fort you spawn in which was insane to me.

Apologies for saying this, but...i dont feel like it's a mod being played as much as people struggling to even build a basic fort. Such as building the smokestacks, and then immediately covering them up with the flakk, them complaining about no energy

Rewatched the video and I don't see anyone covering their smoke stacks apart from ONE of my own ones when I built additional AA to defend the back of my ship. Otherwise everyone built just fine, Flinnshadow also being one of the TOP players of the entire Forts competitive scene got taking out but a plane he didn't expect. The "complaints" you might speak of is due to running out of said energy we all had plenty of smoke stacks and all were uncovered =]

@@FrazzzYT the thing about smokestacks is that even if one is besides the tower, it'll at least partially be blocked However, you are likely right that I'm being too autistic here (am actually autistic) and focussing too much on the asymmetrical builds and what felt like people having no idea of what they are doing, which actually makes sense if they play a new mod, so i apologize for that
