Hey guys! Ever since I made my "how to be a godlike Lee Sin" video last year, I've wanted to follow up with something like this, and now that sandbox mode is finally on EU (and not just PBE where I have 200 ping >
I would also love to see more of these. This format is way better than just trying to read a guide. We get to see you practice and execute the combos in real time to see what you're talking about.
Hey foxdrop! Just wanted to say thanks for the informational vid - been a Lee Sin main for a while and after not playing for about 2 years, a mechanics video was just what I needed to get back into it! Thanks bro - you're always a pleasure to watch! :D
Just a tip. If you don't want to tp to the shop and back to refill your sightstone you can map the ward placement to your trinket which refreshes with the cool down refreshments that you have toggled on for abilities 😊
first youtuber I see who actually shows how to open it searched for the mode so long thougt it would be under custom games but that my launcher was bugged XD thanks a lot for being so informative
Make a series out of it, would be awesome to see clearing paths, ganking routes, posibble ward and dewarding location with tips from jungler perspective. Also champs like riven with wall hops would get really practiced on this mode. great video keep it up, i watch you from Argentina
Hey fox, Great video, very good stuff. Some small stuff to add :) Next time you do something like this explain some of the skills. Some people might not know the champion that well. Stufff like Your ult colision doing a %dmg of bonus health to the people that it hits. Or the bonus dmg from the Q the lower health they are. You talked about beeing an execution but didn't explain why. Thanks M8
Or they could.... I dunno.. Look up the champion themselves? Fox was already repeating himself a bit in this video making it over 10mins. I'd rather he didn't waste his time dealing with such trivial matters like talking about champ skills that people can discover themselves very easily.
In my point of view it makes sence to explain at least the 2 points i made, im sure adding 15 secs on the video wouldn't make much of a difrence time wise...
-Wants to learn lee sin combos -Doesn't know what his kit does - *Refuses to read wiki* .....bronze players are bad and should feel bad. Going over lee sin's kit is outside of the scoop of this video. It isn't meant to be basic or comprehensive.
I might even be useful to she the combos in real scenarios. There are tons of Insecs and kick flashes in the LCS. Might give people a better idea on real situations they are useful in. I am already a dutty lee main, but new people to trying lee, I think it would be useful for them!
I've been here for... Damn, like along time, coming around 3 years. I just meant like in videos like this. Showing SKT T1 peanut do the exact thing he demonstrated, but in a real teamfight after the demo. So like: Explination -> Do it slow -> do it full speed -> Mess up a couple times because its foxxy -> do it full speed again because we missed the sick play -> show a pro execute it in a teamfight. I mained lee for a long time (I'm not even that good, I just love lee), so alot of this is not new to me, just thinking about others.
I would love to see a fizz practice guide, I'm a one trick fizz and I would love to see how you suggest practicing as I want to get better myself. Thanks!
Small tip, if you dont wanna go back to base for the sightstone charges everytime, just bind your trinket with the key the sightstone is normally on. You have unlimited wards due to the cooldown settings.
dude! this is awesome! I've always been hesitant to practice the R->Flash combo because i was afraid of messing it up in a real game. Now I will be the best Lee Sin ever :) (Too bad there's no way to practice decision making, I always go too ham and die in the middle of a spicy combo)
If you put the "refresh item cooldowns" (or whatever it's called) on and just use the wards from trinket then you don't have to back for the ward refresh in Sightstone, small tip to save some time from backing :)
Hey I love this! I want to main lee sin again but I am kind of worried about trying to use him to carry me out of Bronze since he seems to fall off pretty hard mid to late game. Right now, I am using Hecarim(jungle) and Jarvan IV (top) to do that. Can you do one of these videos for Hecarim or J4?
A combo i really like is to q-r-flash-q someone, so you can kick someone in their team and follow for dmg or just kick them back with less risk of missing your q and it looks really cool, you can also q-flash-r-q
i mostly try to get a pussy apc or adc behind line of tank with the 2nd one and i try to land my ult on as many ennemy as possible, but mostly to make sure that this carry is in front for the fight. i havnt the chance to try it in real situation right now because people keep taking it from me :c
Hey foxdrop I love your videos keep it up man, but I do have a question about ward hopping. Sometimes when i am in mid air or land on the target after q'ing i drop a ward but then my w won't respond at all, any reasons for why you think this might be happening?
I know you're not a support player(apart from blitz), but I was thinking of using this tool to practice my Thresh combo's and be a GODLIKE Thresh. Maybe do a video on that?
Nice video foxie! I have a question: when I Q I start auto attacking even though my autoattack is turned off! I cant do the ladder insec because when i W i start going back to the target i hit with the Q! pls help!
outofsyncsamurai you don't need fox to tell you this, everyone has been running AS quints AD reds scaling HP or armor yellows and blues according to enemy team. never wait for information to be fed to you
I don't think you mentioned a very important skill, which is to auto after your R. it's not quite difficult, all you have to do is right click immediately after you R. I find this more and more relevant after R damage was nerfed; the one auto you squeeze in can make a difference especially if you are proc'ing thunderlords. this one auto can be done any time you are using your R. unless you absolutely must land your Q afterwards and are not kicking them against a wall, I'd try to do this every time.
I'll be using this to practice Evelyn no leash clears as a healthy clear for evelyn is hard for me BUT the pay off is stronger lvl 3 ganks or maybe some lvl 2 cheese ^^ cheers Foxy
You should've added the combo where you Q someone, W closer, R flash him and then follow up the Q (for when let's say there's an enemy standing under tower and you don't want to gain too much aggro but still want to fuck him up)
