Yes l'm thankful as well, for groups like this to be able to share, l got the old school stigma..dont talk about BPD..which in hindsight was not very helpful or hopeful. When l was first diagnosed from the M.D. I asked the clinician what took you so long! Today this helped because l felt triggered & told l was making assumptions about therapy or boundaries. I will leave it at that.
I made sunday no social media day, it is great. my phone goes to live in the kitchen cupboard for a day and it's like i'm back in the 2000's again 😅would definately recommend
