Visualising your Dream Business!
When you start to move your body, you not only calm your mind, but you can access a wealth of hidden knowledge.
If you consider that our subconscious mind influences 90-95% of our brain activity, and that we consciously operate from only 5% approx (yes - its quite well documented), then moving allows us to enter into the realm of ‘embodied knowing’.
And science has shown that when we move, it not only harmonises the two hemispheres of our brain, it initiates neurogenesis - the growth of new neural networks - thus helping to proliferate a growth mindset.
As we move, we also slow down our beta brain activity to alpha- theta, where we can more easily access our creative dreamstate...and with somatic awareness, we listen in to the signals in our body, which reveal a wealth of information.
And so in this mini clip from the class Access your Inner GPS I held recently - I took people on a visualisation journey for their business, partly inspired by a Tibetan Shamanic Dream Changing Technique that I learnt many years ago on my travels in Asia
