Using Step Fakes With Your Offensive Footwork and Defensive Muay Thai Stance 

In this video we focused on using a quick aggressive step fake to draw a reaction for both OFFENSE and DEFENSE tactics.
OFFENSE: Using the step/body fake to create a reaction from our opponent to engage our quick and stuttering footwork paired with a fake jab to close the distance quickly and to open potential holes in your opponent's defensive response with various combination options.
DEFENSE: The step/body fake here is being used to again draw a defensive response from a more aggressive opponent and discourage them from stepping in too freely. The follow up is to then use the JAB/TEEP combination to control the range and cause the opponent to try and defend the TEEP which can then lead to faking the TEEP to setup further follow up options off the fake TEEP.
