I may have missed something, but where in these methods did you actually pass the credit card data itself? create customer, create setup intent, or finish setup intent?

Stripe handles that when finishing the setup intent since they control the elements

@@covalence-io Thanks, I was trying to make something similar with Flutter, and there it’s the same, you use their pre-built widgets which manage the CC information. Thanks!

I have replace my Public key but when I ran the project I got authorization error bearer token api secret key

You typically replace keys in pairs, so if you replace one you have to do them both; they're tied together.

hey there. Isn''t it useless to save payment details before checking the validity of the credit card? also isn't there a low-code stripe link for all that?

We have a separate video going over payment intents and the Stripe payment element here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Mbl-2bcr7kU.html. That would likely be the use case for most applications, but if you do have the unique case of needing to simply save payment info for payments later then using setup intents can do that. As far as validity goes when you actually charge the individual you still have the opportunity to error and not provide the product / service.

as of now i dont believe stripe allows you to embed line items in their payment element and they dont seem to have a line item control of any kind. you'd need to use a stripe checkout session but that isn't embeddable so it really depends on your use case. If you need an embeddable payment element, you'll need to write your own code to show line items and amount.
