Great video except I have one question. What happens if you have three variables and the choices don't end after the first? I was trying to connect, Accounting, Taxes, and Wealth Management choices for the user after the initial AI Response greeting. Next steps please. Thank you.
Hi! The Set AI Step allows you to dynamically set variables in your Assistant based on a prompt that you provide. These variables get set in real-time on the runtime of each session with your Assistant. The Response AI Step is instead what allows you to generate contextual speech or text responses. So instead of adding a specific response to a flow in your Assistant (ie. "hello there"), you can instead outline a prompt for the response you'd like to provide (ie.
