Great video except I have one question. What happens if you have three variables and the choices don't end after the first? I was trying to connect, Accounting, Taxes, and Wealth Management choices for the user after the initial AI Response greeting. Next steps please. Thank you.

If you use the API step, you can leverage any model. But the ones in the tool are set, we may add more as new models come out :)

Hi! The Set AI Step allows you to dynamically set variables in your Assistant based on a prompt that you provide. These variables get set in real-time on the runtime of each session with your Assistant. The Response AI Step is instead what allows you to generate contextual speech or text responses. So instead of adding a specific response to a flow in your Assistant (ie. "hello there"), you can instead outline a prompt for the response you'd like to provide (ie. "greet the user warmly"), and any variables you'd like the prompt to include. You can learn more in our documentation: learn.voiceflow.com/hc/en-us/articles/14084645698189-Set-AI
