FINALLY a video were a pro is taking cheeks and wings!

I’ve cleaned thousands of walleyes, very similar, cutting along the ribs and saving as much belly meat as possible but getting rid of the white lining. This was very impressive and quick. Not a lick of meat left on that walleye
