please help me figure this out because there is no troubleshoot information out there and this video does not have the answers. I love this pedal and using the mobile app it works fine but the PC app is hot garbage
So how would you access the 128 presets saved (burned) into the pedal? I know that with the switch and the alt button you can move around the first 6 of them, but let's say that I want to access a preset saved to the slot 8. How would I achieve this? Thanks for the video.
If you have the Source Audio Dual Expression pedal, it's pretty easy, just use the 1/8" to 1/8" TRRS cable that comes with the Dual Expression pedal. If you have a third party standard 1/4" TRS expression pedal, you can get expression going, but it requires some extra cables. I got the C4 Synth last week. With my smartphone the connection works perfectly. but when I connect the pedal to my mac, there's an ultra annoying high frequency noise when plugged in. I tried two different Usb cables..i tried to plug it to a USB-Hub..I tried to plug it direct to the mac...the noise doesn't go away
It just won't communicate, probably resulting in an error. Nothing damaging though. Six bucks on Amazon for the one you need anyway. I have the Ventris and can't remember if it came with the cable or not. I think it did.
Hello. Wondering if you can help. I've got the exact set up shown at 4:15. I've used the editor with an old PC just fine. I'm currently using a Macbook Air, brand new, that I purchased this week. Using that same USB converter as well. I can't get the editor to recognize the device to save my life.
Just got the pedal brand new.. However it's not working on the neuro app on my Android.. tried everything..I've heard maybe the firmware needs to be updated as it's not in sync with the app firmware..🤔
It could be that your C4 needs a firmware update. You can do that with the Neuro Desktop Editor, which you can download here - www.sourceaudio.net/editorsandfirmware.html

Hello,nice pedal but does it go onto real noisy sonic realms? All I hear on yt are very very standard sounds.Maybe it's the owners that are only looking for standard stuff out of it.

I hate this pedal with a passion. Presets are unusable as are 90% of the community presets. Had it for a year and can't program anything that's musical in a live situation. I had one patch I programmed and kind of liked. Saved it to the #1 bay. When I went to hit it live, it wasn't the same patch. And now they've done a "software upgrade", which has made it so now I can't edit it thru my phone and the USB connection to the computer fails at random times, losing any work I had done and even crashing the computer. What a waste of a lot of money and time. Selling it.
