Does anyone know why my videos suddenly aren’t showing on the app? I can see them on the camera but the app says no media :( I had a lot of cool diving footage to download
so it does pick up audio? On mine is says muted and I dont see any option for audio in the menu settings. Also when I plug it into my PC, it dosnt get recognized.
I am a full time RVer. I use my iPhone as a hotspot in my RV to access the internet. When I tried to connect the camera to my phone it is telling me on my phone to go to my settings and connect to my Wi-Fi. I technically do not have "Wi-Fi" because a hot spot is not exactly the same as Wi-Fi. If I were to go to Walmart and connect to their public Wi-Fi to establish the connection between the camera and my iPhone will that solve the problem? Or, will I encounter this problem every time I try to connect the camera to my phone while not in a Wi-Fi area? I expect that would not be true because there will be many times while out kayaking for example where I will not be anywhere near any Wi-Fi and would possibly have limited cell phone coverage as well. What do you recommend?
When I try to download a video from the camera to my IPhone the first 60 ish seconds downloads perfectly and the last six minutes turns into slow motion. The video plays perfectly in real time on the camera itself. I’ve tried repeatedly with the same results. Updated the app, etc. any thoughts?
You need to go into WiFi on your phone and connect to Akaso WiFi there. Then, go to your app and connect. It's a two-step process, and the first time you do it, you will need to enter the password, which is usually 1234567890
This camera is a POS . Problems with everything. Videos suck when i download them on my phone. Never wants to connect to the WiFi and phone while trying to use the app. Overall garbage. Spend more money get better products
