Today I find a weapon that truly makes me a MANIAC in Blade and Sorcery. The Bardiche is one of the greatest weapons I've used in the game so far, I can't believe I JUST got to using this 🤣

That axe is most commonly known as the “Executioner Axe”. One movie it is seen in is “Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban”.

The Bardiche was usually used by stabbing the pommel spike into the ground then using the top as a rest for a musket, the actual axe was then used to finish off a wounded enemy or if someone got too close

I personally love the antique sword, I use the gravity spell to push them off balance then decapitate them while running towards them. It's a great short blade with easy movement.

i agree it really is good although I don't use imbuement most of the time, but when I do I use fire for the penetrating power.

rather than a specific weapon I'm gonna suggest a general load out, that being the riding sword and a dagger or two, second in case you lose the first, I greatly enjoy said load out

Two-handed weapons like the Bardiche are way overpowered. Even on my first playthrough of Blade and Sorcery I immediately felt the difference in strength between one-handed and two-handed weapons. It's like when you have a big weapon, they can't even come close to you, and on top of that you can blast them away with it. Totally broken lol

Try the reverend sword it’s super good for slashing and is very light for being a two hander

Try the skinning knife, even though I might be the only one that’s good with it. Also when the game bonelab comes out you should play it. (bonelab is the sequel to boneworks)

You should try either the ancient sword or the Rapier next. They’re both one handed thrusting weapons, and are incredibly powerful. The ancient sword is actually surprisingly good at dismembering, and the rapier is very good at impaling foes, killing them in one attack.

The Bardiche IRL actually has a pretty thin on the axe head. I’ve never used one before, but I can imagine it’s really close in weight to my Dane Axe. Got that one from Arms and Armor on their website.

15:10 actually in U11 gravity was made to almost completely negate weight on 1 handed weapons and on 2 handed weapons most of them if not all of them you could be used one-handed.

Tip: decapitations are easier to do by slicing the back of the neck. Theres more surface area so the blade makes more contact with the neck than the shoulders. Edit:slow mo also helps a ton

It seems that AwakenedToast has awakened his inner Eastern European . I've tried using this weapon against unarmored opponents, and it cleaves through their flesh akin to a blade through cloth. But, unfortunately doesn't do so well against heavily-protected foes.

Hey fun fact if you have the gravity and have a mage shoot a fireball at you, you can catch the fireball and throw it back at them. Just found that out today.

Awaken Toast this axes decapitations got nothing on the lighting imbued staff, if u hold "A" and swing it, there will be a lighting trail wich can decapitate people like butter

You need to use the boar spear, you can polvault with it or you can duel wield it, very good reach but you need to be accurate for thrusts and throws

try one of the two handed swords that can still be used with one hand, I love throwing those into my enemies to like kinda stun em a little bit, then slamming my fist into them and sending them flying

I would try the common dagger but not only as a hand held but throw it I like to go into slow motion and throw it at opponents legs,head,arms,ect and it’s just run to use I also like to use to if you miss the first throw you still have a weapon and it’s even better when it’s imbued too and if you watched naruto I like to think of it as a kuni it’s really fun to use

You have to like slide one hand closer to the blade then as you swing you have to slide that hand back down if you want a DEVASTATING BLOW

Or you can try the double sided spear blocks pretty well and you have tons of space to block but it’s so long that I can sometimes be hard to stab people

You could try the blacksmiths hammer it is pretty fun and if you have two you can just go crazy on enemies by just smacking them with it over and over or you can use is as kind o monjior Thor’s hammer just without the light I haven’t tested imbuements on it yet

Have you tried out the outer rim mod at all? It’s a very cool and in depth mod I think you would enjoy if you haven’t checked it out already, if you have i still recommend the most recent update which adds a few things
