Hey Syd, Kate Emerald, one of the builders for this pack, said in one of her recent videos that the trim is meant to be placed under roofs and peak out on the sides underneath the roof. Kate said that this an architectural feature common in a lot of neo-Romanian buildings and that’s why it was included in the build and buy items. I don’t know if that helps you figure out how to use the trim or changes your opinion on it, but I figured I’d share the knowledge 😊. Love this build btw! 💕
I’ve seen a lot of darker builds and I am dreaming of a ghost, spell caster, gemology, tarot girlie house with lots of color, light, and cozy spaces 😍 I feel like you’re the best creator at those vibes so I’m begging hahaha
I feel like these build/buy items go sooo well with Strangerville, Vampires, and Werewolves!! Also, pleaseeee do more Tiny Glade builds, I’m obsessed with that game!

With the run down swatches please do an old haunted mansion and then renovate it changing the swatches to the nice versions and delete the spiderwebs etc that would be so satisfying 🩷
This is a beautiful build, as always Syd! Also, for a future video, maybe you could do a build where every room is based/themed on a tarot. Like the color palette and their meaning could be combined. Love your videos. Thanks for the good time ❤
With the tarot tent you might be able to put those pillows that we got from movie night hang out or toddler stuff and then raise the tent from the basement and be able to use the tent that way so that it looks like you’re actually in it
Hey Syd, ever since the last update, objects on the edge of lot disappear when importing from the gallery. I'm hopeful they'll fix that, but for now, it's better to keep that bug in mind.

I wish that big fire pit bowl was base game. I need one for my Aztec step pyramid build that I made. I had to use the stick plants to sort of resemble a flame. ☹️
Does anybody else also watch The Sorry Girls?? Imagine if sim builders designed rooms like they do? Like they do the whole layout first and THENNNN add the final touches/clutter at the very end?! random thought idek

This build is super fun. I've been watching the Life and Death content with relish, even though I exclusively play TS3. One thing it's made me think about is that it's funny how sims gameplay has pretty much reduced down to the objects, rather than playing with life. The original intent of TS1 is that all the stuff you buy won't make you happy. So it's ironic but predictable that in the name of profit, the game is now entirely about stuff.
