It's "rotational" coz the pattern goes through each role like a rotation - Strike + Tech --> Tech + Support --> Support + Field --> FIeld + Sprint --> Sprint + Strike --> repeat.

personally i called those the "staircase" sets because the way the sets were positions reminded me of a staircase

Being lucky with the pattern, the stages you get, and the free upgrade you get coupled with the number of units with EX roles you have. This is a pretty average run for me but my points can go as low as 9k or as high as 10.5k without a lucky area.
