Using the Promarker Colourless Blender | Winsor & Newton Masterclass 

Used with graphite pencils and watercolour pencils, the Colourless Blender is a great tool to create dense shadows or smoothly blended colour. Whilst the pencil marks will still be visible, the blender smooths out the lighter marks and leaves just a trace of the bolder pencil marks.
