The train stops at that location randomly. It's coded in the game it's always stopped. It's just a trick to the eye. Notice he's at the station and it stops by itself not because of what you do.

I think it has been done by somebody on RU-vid when he jumped from a helicopter with a parachute onto the train and put sticky bombs on the train and it went off and the train stopped but I cannot remember how the hell can it stop with sticky bombs and that train never stops it's not meant to stop at no station it has been stuck like that is part of the GTA game but it did stop for the person that was on RU-vid if you can find out video please try it it could stop for you you do not know just need to try it
