Using up a lumpy capsicum - Almond and Capsicum Dip 

Hi friends! Today I found a lumpy capsicum in the fridge that needed using up. I decided to roast it, then make it into Capsicum Dip. This was very yum and has been a popular addition to the work lunch for my husband and I.
